Refund policy

At Surkhab, we take great pride in crafting high-quality, tailored dresses. Please note the following policies:

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges or refunds for custom-made orders, as each item is crafted to your specifications. However, exceptions are possible in the following cases:

The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at delivery.
The received product(s) differs from the original order.
Anything is missing from the package, including price tags, labels, or original packing.
Claims must be made within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing pictures of the defective item to info@surkhab.store or calling +92 3395262480. Each case will be reviewed individually, and if approved, a replacement will be sent. The customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds unless the item is defective or not as described. In such cases, contact customer service within 24 hours of delivery. Once the item is returned and inspected, store credit will be processed, which expires within 30 days. Note: shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom Orders & Non-Refundable Items

Down payments for all custom orders are non-refundable. Each outfit is meticulously tailored to your specifications using premium fabrics and crafted by skilled artisans. The remaining payment will be required before delivery. Given the extensive process, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations are not possible. Please confirm all order details carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, cancellations will not be processed, and the order will be shipped.

Wedding Wear & Couture

Wedding wear and couture dresses cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.

Surkhab is an exclusively online brand. All purchases made through our website cannot be exchanged or returned at any physical store. For customer inquiries, our office is located in Islamabad, but it serves as an administrative center and not a retail location.
